Much of the hysteria and the derangement evident in current society is caused by the ceaseless hyping of nonsensical narratives in the entertainment and news media.
Here’s a simple test: stop watching “the news” and indeed all social media and all corporate media. Unplug. Go cold turkey. After a period of detoxifying, you may well find it much easier to think clearly about the events of our time, and to see that the what is going on is very different from what the thought control mechanism, controlled by globalist oligarchs, tells you is going on.
